Shipping Policy

Shipping your RIGRAP/MAXLITE Products is done using the United States Postal Service, UPS or LTL COmmon Carrier. Depending on the item or shipping service selected, the cost of shipping can be prepaid (free) or charged accordingly based on the item, quantity, service and distination.

  1. Order processing time time can be anywhere between 12 to 72 hours depending on when the order was placed, inventory, quantity ordered and destination..

  2. Shipping costs may be prepaid (free) or charged accordingly based on the item, quantity, service and distination.

  3. Domestic and international shipping options are available.   Other fees and duties may be charged by the country being shipped to which remains the responsibility of the purchaser upon delivery. If purchaser refuses a shipment and fails to pay the required international dutues and/or fees, MAXLITE cannot issue a refund for shipping, dutues or other fees associated with the purchasers refusal. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless other authorized arrangements have been issued. 

  4. RIGRAP/MAXLITE Products Group cannot be nor will not be responisble for potential service interruptions and/or delays.
