Shipping Info:
If you ordered online, or provided your email address on the phone, depending on the shipping method, you may receive an email with shipping information so you can track your package. Our standard shipping method is via United States Postal Service first class mail, UPS or FedEx Ground.

* Any/All taxes and/or duties that may be due for international orders are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
* Returns must follow the policy listed below (Satisfaction Guarantee/Return Policy)
* An additional $6 fee may be added for each order, (an order is considered a single or multiple item combined offering) for
all orders sent to AK, HI, and/or US Territories. All other foreign shipments will be charged an additional minimum of $25.00usd.

Our Guarantee
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with any merchandise received from RIGRAP. LLC/MAXLITE PRODUCTS GROUP for any reason, simply return the product within 10 days from the date of receipt for an easy refund of your purchase price, excluding shipping, handling and return processing fees.

Return Information
Please follow return information which is stated below. Send all returns to the address indicated.. We suggest you ship returns via a GROUND method that can be tracked (UPS ground / FedEx Ground / USPS Priority mail).
Along with your return, be sure to include the following:
A. Your order number along your complete name, address, email address and phone number.
B. A copy of your receipt
C. A detailed explanation regarding your reason for returning the item(s)
D. Information about whether you would like a refund or a replacement – No other paperwork or preauthorization is needed for your return.

Exceptions to our return policy:
* All items must be returned in their original , undamaged packaging along with all accessories, parts, and instructions manuals that were shipped with your original order. Our 30-day return policy starts from the day your product is ordered. We need to have the return package postmarked within 30 days of the date that your item was ordered (regardless of what date the product was first used).
* Shipping, handling and international processing costs are non-refundable.

Note: If we receive your item back in our warehouse and it does not meet our return policy terms, then we may not issue you a refund or send you a replacement. Such a return also will not be sent back to you.

Refund Policy
Once your return is received, it will be processed within 14 business days. RIGRAP. LLC/MAXLITE PRODUCTS GROUP will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment for the full purchase price of your order excluding shipping and handling charges per return. Depending on your credit card provider, your credit will be issued within 7-30 business days of competition process of your returned item.
Note: If we receive your item back in our warehouse and it does not meet our return policy terms, then we may not issue you a refund or send you a replacement.

Foreign Shipment Disclaimer
Orders shipped to outside the USA may have additional taxes and duties associated with your purchase. Such taxes, duties, tariffs and/or import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. RIGRAP, LLC/MAXLITE PRODUCTS GROUP, its contractors, affiliates, principles, employees, and /or agents are neither responsible for said fees or for refused or undeliverable orders due to customs delays, taxes, fees, duties or tariffs issues and/or fees due and/or unpaid.
